Try this Colour Test!

In class this week, we completed questionnaires about critical and creative thinking and found out a little about ourselves through this process. We also talked about the various tests that are out there for other aspects of our learning style or personality. I did some searching tonight and found an interesting, quick, easy Colour Test for you to try. The link to the site is to the left. Once at the site, you will find all of the instructions there. Try the test - and comment on what you thought of what they thought of you!!! My son and I found it amazingly accurate! Have fun!

The colour test said that I did not want any new responsibilities, and was trying my best to avoid conflict with people close to me. I LONG FOR RESTORATIVE RELAXATION AND PROTECTIVE CARE, BECAUSE I AM UNDER A LOT OF STRESS! Wow, it was both specific and accurate! I could really use a luxury cruise right about now...

Sometimes I find that getting to know true things about yourself can be nice and scary at the same time.

What I'm wondering is how in the world do you get your personality out of choosing colours........hmmmmmmmm......somehow colours show your personality...........what do you think yellow means!?

Yellow most definately means cheerful. Or maybe cowardly. As in yellow bellied land lubbers. (arrr)

I think we should all sign a sheet with our aliases (correct plural form?) in class next Tuesday. I dont know about anyone else, but I am getting very confused about identity.

I took the quiz again and this is what it said. "Finds self confronted in present situation with problems, challenges, or impositions that are difficult to bear. These vexing problems have caused nervous over-stimulation. Keen desire to escape from the situation which is so stressful that it feels like torture and to be free to follow own desires."

Wow.

I am more complex, apparently, than I thought.

I took the test again and here are the results. "Is at present facing burdens that are so taxing they are felt to be an exhausting torture. Finds the situation unreasonably demanding or considers it an aggressive provocation. Cannot cope with the excessive cares or demands which are overtaxing. Is therefore soon exhausted, loses all elan and becomes weary. Would like to ward off all vexing demands and confrontations. Longs for conflict-free restorative comfort, solicitousness, and consideration."

I even chose different colours this time, because my preferences had changed. Wow. Obviously my situation which is so very stressful has not changed.
