I guess I get to be the first one.
Well, I'd like to say that I thought the whole conference was VERY well done, the food was excelent, the activities were very fun and provoked thought and the staff were engaging and energetic. Vanessa also did a great job. I think my favourite part was the two activities, the cube building and the shoe making, but I also was very impressed with our " Be the Change" board. Overall, excellent, excellent day!!
And I'd just like to say to all my Tuesday pals, I'm sorry that I missed seeing you all again-I saw pictures of you and I wish I could have come both days. I hope you also had a great day on Friday!

We missed u very much m&m! Ms.Watt said hi from u too all of us!
I loved everything about the conference...especailly Vanessa'a speech and of coarse the video at the end! I just can't describe how much it just made my heart shiver...I cannot possibly say I "enjoyed" it(it gave me a head-ache and diturbing thoughts for a long time!) BUT, I'm really glad that I watched it-it was very inspiring!

It was indeed very inspiring. Now I feel the responsibility to pass this knowledge to other people. I feel the need to make a change in the world. The video was very good. It explained alot of problems in the world (mostly regarding children).

Me too...the end of the day was really sad...not only becuase it ended with a video showing children that need help, but it was officially the last day of enrichment!

I thought it was an awesome day! I hope that mcq does this every year, it seemed to really have a strong effect on a lot of people. I love the simulations, and the movie at the end was horrifying, but a beautiful piece of work. Missed you, M&M!!

We are having a reunion in April? Is that the play we are going to watch? I loved the trip. It was worth while to be there. Thanks Ms. Watt for the photos, though I wished that I had smiled.

The conference was a wonderful experience-an unforgettable one. In fact Mc'Quarrie and all of the people I got to know are unforgettable. If I ever do something really great in the future which has a positive impact, I'll blame lots of it Mc'Quarrie and the global issues conference! Mc'Quarrie changed my life-and so did the conference. The conference really changed the way I think now!

I believe so. I loved the conference as well. Though many of the other Laurentian students showed no sign of wanting to help.
