that's sooooo cool! One can write a stroy using these things!
Having the map upside down is really cool... I've also seen other maps where the lines of and latitude are stretched diferent ways... the fact that a round object can't be put on a flat surface kinda thing. There pretty cool!

Well, the world is not "up side down" for a reason. The majority of the land and people live in the north. So I actually like the maps the way they are.
hey guys! glad you seemed so happy to see me, but "person who wishes to remain unknown" ain't me. so how is everybody? and im doing pretty well, as i mentioned on the other post, i got into camoren, so things are lookin good.
YIPPEE Kieran! I am THRILLED at your news about next year! I stood right up at my desk and CHEERED out loud when I read your comment!! (Then I had to explain myself to my surprised students.) Yes, I've heard from a couple of others....I should make a new post for sharing....

Its a good point to note that the world doesn't have to be he way we look at it. But, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." While we were still discoverign our world, maps looked quite different. But know that we have a standardized system, don't no mess with it y'all.
